I see the winding up petition against Bury has been dismissed in the High Court. I can only assume that's because a CVA has been agreed. However Daley is still to prove that he can pay it all. The taxman must me seething.
Yet Daley comes out with:

Bury chairman Steve Dale then issued a statement on Tuesday saying the EFL was "working against" the club following the decision to suspend their first game of the season.

Well done Accrington Stanley who, after their game with Bury was called off, have organised a match between both sets of fans as a fundraiser. All proceeds going to the Bury appeal. :clap: :clap:

He keeps asking the EFL to give them a break but all he has to do is prove that he can cover the CVA or that there's a sale on the table. Sadly, this is just another nail going in the coffin ready to be hammered down.

The STAFF at Bury have used the club's website to announce that there's been an offer to buy the club and implore Dale to accept it as it has the full backing of the club's senior staff (the directors?) Surely as he only paid £1 for the club he should accept and disappear into the sunset.

I suspect that Bury will have a fourth game cancelled tomorrow morning and that Dale will dig his heels in even more. It even likely that the publisher of the article will be sacked.

Even if Dale finally sells, there is very, very little time to save Bury from being expelled.

Really feel for everyone at the club apart from Dale.
