I dont know the ins and outs of all this but this is what Torquay have said on the matter:

Also not forgetting of course that 'there for grace of God go us'.

It might be easy to take a distanced stance given our present lofty position in the football pyramid. But we were closer to non-league than the EPL not that long ago... and no-one can guarantee we'll never be there again.
