Steel cross beams being installed between the new steels on the new lower terrace platform this morning. The brickles meanwhile continue at the rear of the grandstand

Lots of roof steel being unloaded to the temporary platform on the terrace this morning. Also if you look closely you can see small extensions are being added to the top of pillars at the rear of the grandstand. Webcam 3 gives the best view of this.

Is there a fair in Central Park? If not there is some really really weird crane work going on behind the grandstand as can be seen from cam 1.

Is there any justification for the title of this thread to be updated? These webcams do not appear to be ‘wasted’.

Anyone else having trouble viewing cam 3?buffering all the time and 1 and 2 off line.

Yes getting a bit of buffering on cam 3. I had a tweet back from Jon Back, cams 1 + 2 down for "operational reasons" and back on around lunchtime.
