Won't be thrilled if he signs. Would like someone a bit more mobile, who can control a football and jump more than 6 inches.

It's harsh to judge him when he's been playing up front on his own - DA's system had him completely isolated, Zlatan would have a hard time impressing when it's him on his own versus 2/3 defenders.

Matt has shown he can score goals at this level - it'd be a good signing, but we need to use him properly.

Id say he has proved to be more than mobile for a big man. Happy to run the channel, hurry defenders as well as be a menace in the box.

Yeah would like to see him paired with Brunt next season with Carey in behind pulling the strings, would be enough for opposition defenders to panic about.

Sign Matt.
Get Brunt fit.
Bring Harvey and Rooney through.
Sign another experienced striker (smaller goalscorer type?)

Sign an experienced midfielder to orchestrate how we get the ball to the strikers at the right time and place.

Sounds like a plan to me! :scarf:
