This is a very 2002-04 game.

Poor opposition put away by a Coughla... I mean, Bradley brace from a set piece.

I was moaning a few weeks ago that this season was missing Bradley goals from set pieces, then we get two in one game after an 20+ match wait :-D

Been scrappy but we've definitely been the more threatening team & carried on pressing forward since we took the lead. Taylor Sinclair by far our best player to be honest, defensively and offensively.

Matthews has been limping all game, did pull off a very good save from their only chance.

I'm sure Fleetwood would have targeted him massively on corners and done whatever it took to get Max Childs his debut.

Could have sworn we were playing Northampton!

:scarf:

No I'm referring to the Fleetwood tactics which targeted Oscar Threlkeld. His first game back from injury and they crunched him at every opportunity until he went off injured.

Beautiful flowing move and a Carey cross just evades Jervis.

Hasn’t Edwards being going forward for corners instead of Bradley? Sonny always more deadly at set pieces. He is profiting from Edwards absence. (And free kicks too)

I think Bradley plays better without Edwards.

Attendance is 7610.

Ooh I went for 7800 in the prediction competition.

Potentially a big, big result for us.

Sensible tactic in my opinion, at least for 10 minutes or so. I never understand why we never target a CB or CM on a yellow card.

I’m confused with the BBC tables. I looked when we were at 0-0 and Northampton was 2 points in front with the same GD. If we win 2-0 then we should go ahead of them but the BBC doesn’t seem to account for them losing.

I could of course be wrong.

He’s not talking about targeting a player on a yellow. He’s talking about targeting a player with an obvious injury.
