I filled in all the stuff and ive received the card etc
I have emailed her but had no reply so ill just ring this week. Its been hard work joining thats for sure!!

I had a DM from someone on Twitter when I was pushing this, and they said exactly the same.

There does seem to be some sort of hiatus on this one.

I understand that a letter is being sent to all Big Green Lottery members explaining that there have been problems with regard to monthly payments by direct debit and requesting that members authorise future payments by standing order.

Hopefully, this will resolve the problems referred to in this thread about irregular collection of monthly payments.
