Also there wouldn't be any Premier League football to watch as the matches are scheduled during international breaks.

We have moved on to the scenario of this trial leading to PL B teams joining the EFL next season. Can't all be played during international breaks.
Okay sorry, I hadn't realised that. It all still seems a bit mixed though.

League One, Saturday 6 August 2018, Home Park.
Plymouth Argyle v Bournemouth B.

Obviously it's your personal choice but would you watch the above game because all this EFL Trophy nonsense is a prelude to PL B teams entering our leagues no matter what anyone says about the 90% vote rule?

Confident of promotion within 2 seasons then Posty?

I'm of the view that we should boycott the games. Ok, it will hurt the club, but nasty medicine is often the best way. Maybe then they will see fit to consult with the fans in the future before bowing and scraping to each and every whim of the Football League.

Also somewhat annoyed with the AFT for leaving the fans without a voice with which to protest.

Your last two paragraphs sum up my views on this situation entirely. Well said.
