I've never, ever bought into this idea that we can't change the shade of green because it's our brand. Look at the Pasoti heading, look at the scarves and shirts people wear, and more relevant...look at the club branding this season based around the away shirt design.
Even if we don't 'rebrand' the signage etc (though surely the grandstand refresh provides a good opportunity), no-one is going to come to Home Park, see the players in a lovely shade of green and think 'wow that's a nice shirt, but isn't it ridiculous that I'm sitting in a seat that's slightly darker'.
It's very simple. The Argyle 'brand' is
green. No-one in the wider football world gives a fig what shade it is, and if they do then they'd be a little confused over why it's so dark and barely looks green at all.
