 That made me chuckle.

Who do you fancy them Mr Womble?

Nicky Adams of Bury is the sort of player I love, 4'2", spreads the ball around and has four lungs.

He could be a hero at Home Park.

Sort of the antithesis of Morgan really.

4' 2" ! He must have funny legs to spread the ball around!!! :scarf:

Marlon Harewood would be a good back up striker if he isn't carrying too many injuries. Someone with a bit of know how and experience.

Shouldn't we be looking higher than league 2 cast offs??

My thoughts as well Barry. Perhaps someone could do the same for CCC released/available lists. Why shop at Lidl when Waitrose is on the high street.

Perhaps they are, as far as I know JBeale isn't an employee of PAFC.

IJN..... I would like to think Argyle are setting their sights a bit higher than league 2 for players. 1 x Charlie Adam in midfield is better than 3 x Simon Waltons. Looking forward to seeing what midfielders arrive in the next few weeks.Need some quality signings if James Brent promotion hopes are to be believed.

So would I Al but a) They need to be available, b) they need to be affordable and c) they need to want to play for us.

John-Joe O'Toole back on the transfer list, why clubs keep having a punt on him and his attitude I will never know

Good test of a player is:
1) Would you like to play against him with him marking you?
2) Would you rather he was playing for your team or against your team?

1) No!
2) For! = Yes!

Good player ... at our (current) level!

Trev...fair points, but you have to speculate to accumulate or as Uncle Ken keeps telling us "You have to be in it to win it"

So Al, say you have £20 in your pocket, do you buy £50 of tickets?
