if it was just about budgets we may as well leave the League table to the accountants. There is no doubt we have a much bigger budget than the likes of Exeter, Wycombe etc who are around us in the League. A good manager can make a silks purse out of a sows ear. We also have the advantage of playing on the best pitch every week in front of much bigger crowds than most(that bit works for Pompey!)
