My main issue for HHP is obviously one that has been mentioned previously, what about when Brent leaves and then we've moved up the leagues, and suddenly there's a large demand and an increase in ticket sales. Suddenly we don't have enough room to expand.

Experience shows us that even when pushing towards mid-table in the second tier the proposed capacity will only be full on 3-6 occasions a season (depending on what other teams are at that level). It's simply not worth spending mega-bucks on capacity that may never be needed, but will always need maintaining. Get there and then do something about it. Depressingly, the second tier looks 5+ years away if not more.

In our first year back in the Championship we exceeded 18,000 for one third of our home games, in a season when we were fighting relegation.
