Not one to moan, but also can't get access, despite having a white membership.

As soon as they said it was linked all to memberships etc, new it would be a nightmare.

Mine is linked to my green membership and 100% works as I've used it before but the blue message is popping up saying that I don't have correct permissions.

This is my problem. I'm not sure I've done it correctly. Can you confirm you have definitely linked it to your white membership.

I haven'y linked it, it is already on the system as a white member - but saying i dont have prority :/ Not sure what to do!

people had this problem for pompey tickets with white memberships
i would guess if you have renewed white membership they will count as this seasons as far as the computer is concerned and it says 2015/16 white members where as green members shouldn't have a problem as its this season or next season
i'm no expert but i assume this is the problem

I have had no problems booking tickets for Portsmouth or before, this is the first time. There is no problem with my account, or there wasn't. The problem is with the club again.

Yes you choose your block and exact seat-just like booking online for a Home Park match.

You can select individual seats (if you can actually decide which ones you want that is - at times like this I wish I was more decisive).

Trying to log in all I get is a message saying I don't have the privelidge, yet I am a season ticket holder and registered any one else have a problem

I'm having same problem. 'Activated' my account but now told I cannot buy tickets for this match. Don't know what to do next. the phone number they give for help is engaged and then cut off.
