You are correct there. The seat removal in the Devonport half of the Grandstand is not exactly speedy either. We are yet to read another Development Blog, which is overdue. Perhaps when we can read it, there will be comment as to the progress against the contractors' timetable for the conversion work.

Wish my missus would read this. She'd realise it's not just me that starts something and then apparently grinds to a halt. There's a lot of 'thinking time' involved in these things.

Meanwhile there’s another 12 months until the project is due for completion. Seems to be an awful lot going on in the Barn Park corner which apparently isn’t being filled in any time soon!

Bernard's friend seems to be knocking down something to the right of the camera. Bernard is being very specific in leveling off the area beside the Barn Park end.

It is preparing the site to construct the new changing rooms, which is one of first parts of the overall project along with the new shop and box office.
