does anybody know where i can get a copy of this book from for a friends birthday present?

I have just sent Russell Moore a text asking him if there are any copies of his book still available and have asked him to post his answer on here. :thumbs:

I have just spoken to Russell Moore and I am sorry to say that the book was a limited print run of 750. He tells me that they all sold and that he does not intend to arrange to print any more, due to the huge costs of small print runs.

He is currently writing another Argyle book about the Tony Waiters era, which he hopes to have published later in the year....watch out for it.
