Whilst Jephcott's goal-scoring record since coming into the side at the beginning of 2020 has been nothing short of remarkable, all other areas of his game need work. I can see the development in his all-round game with almost each match we play. You can see that RL's coaching, and match experience will see him develop into an outstanding centre forward. But he's not there yet. I would love for his amazing upward trajectory to continue with Argyle until at least the end of next season, when we really could be talking big money.
