Should admission prices be reduced?

I get the whole getting new punters and possible new fans through the turnstiles but........if the club did four games a season what's the point in buying a season ticket?

It's all good but why at the expense of someone who has forked out a large sum of money to pledge their support for the season?

If your general floating fan could in theory go to every home game in a season for the same price, if not less once finance interest or payment lengths for season tickets are considered, what's the point other than a regular seat?

Argyle average attendances:

1985 5132. 2014 7305

1986 8081. 2015 7412

1987 12392. 2016 8798

1988 10266. 2017 9652

1989 8628. 2018 10413

I do not think this represents a doubling of attendance figures. Much depends whether you take two separate dates in isolation. Argyle gates improve depending on the league we are in - get regulated and gates fall promoted they go up. But aside from the premier league there nothing to suggest there is an increasing active following of clubs.
