After a change in life/career plans it looks like my daughter will be staying in Plymouth a bit longer and able to accompany me to games again next season. But, she has rolled over from under-23 to adult. On her account it (correctly) shows an adult ticket waiting to be renewed but only a £45 discount (based on her last season’s under-23rd ticket) rather than £80 (based on next season’s adult one). Is that right? Has anyone else had this issue with a change in concessionary status?

It’s not a huge deal. I guess it depends on whether this is more like a rebate on last year’s membership rather than a discount on next year’s.

(Obviously I can ring or go up to the ticket office sometime this week but I’m lazy and PASOTI usually has the answers...!)
I went from an adult to O65 this coming season and that was the ticket waiting to be renewed (I was impressed). The discount was based on last season's ticket as it was in effect a refund.

Thanks Bob. That’s obviously the way of it then. It’s not quite as described in the blurb on the website but any discount is a bonus. You can’t stop your kids from growing up!

I found it easier to pop up and talk directly to them after a few emails, sorted out my underpayment and a couple of other issues. Printed the tickets there and then as well, which saved a lot of time further down the line.

With 11 days remaining of the season-ticket early-bird sale phase, we've just passed the 5,000 mark.

5000 is very impressive considering everything going on in the world, maybe that a few decent signings will add a bit of impetus for others,
Pete

I have been moved from Block 8 to Block 9. Is that something to do with the Family Enclosure?

Or perhaps the Block 8 residents petitioned for you to be moved Pogles?

I am a fragrant rose amongst the thorns Argy!

A Lisa amongst the Monas.

A light of green amongst the trademark black green hordes. :scarf:

Pogles, you sir are like a stream of bat's pi$$.

... you shine out like a shaft of gold, whilst all around is dark!!

Pipisstrelle Pogles - I like it!!

Right serious head on!
My mate has just been to HP and renewed his Season Ticket.
He is in the same seat as before in Block 8 Row G Seat 235.
Ticket office told him that he was sat next to me in my old seat (236).
Only problem is that I have been sent a new Season ticket with Block 9, Row G Seat 252 on it.

So, is that somebody else's seat/ST?? I'll have to contact the ticket office but has anyone else had this problem?

I hope you get the seat you want Pogles, I really do. Especially as your mate has got his.

If not, I guess you'll be a "chap off the old block!"

Sorry if I'm being lazy/missing something but I completed my renewal with the finance option, it seemed to complete the purchase and I had a confirmation email from PAFC etc, but I've had nothing at all from the finance company as of yet? Anyone else in the same boat?

Yep same for me cobi as I’ve heard nothing either.

Cheers. I’m guessing they’re just dealing with high volume, I’ve sent an email to the ticket office to check though, will let you know what they say.

I has juat come on here to ask the very same thing
I ordered mine on release day and had the email etc. I had my jab last Thursday and talked to the ticket office, they said an email will come through with a link to the finance form but there was a problem with between the ticket purchasing and ticketmaster. Theg assured me it was pretty much sorted and that ticketmaster were all over it and an email should be with me in a day or two, so i would have expected something by now.

This is the email I received today -

"The situation currently has meant your seat is at a reserved status, and you have not been given the link to enable you to complete your finance application. This has meant the seat is currently locked by V12 (our finance provider).Ticketmaster and V12 are currently working on the fix for this and are working hard to resolve this as accurately and quickly as possible.
Be reassured that your seat is secure, and you will not lose it. Our providers are confident of having this issue resolved very soon and as soon as we have this update we will advise via our usual channels, once the finance option is available to continue with."

I’m still yet to receive anything from the club or finance company.

Has anyone else had their finance option sorted yet?

They are teasing you, Pogles.
They know you’re a bit of a joker.

Thanks davie. I didn't know that.
That is very useful.
Guess I'll ring the ticket office then?

So what happened was ...

So I'm 70 next month, alright!?
I gets a little confoosed, alright!?

So what happened was ....

I was sent a ST for the covid limited games which I never attended. My 'covid' seat was allocated to a.n.other (or his brother).
I must have chucked my old ST and put the unused 'coovid' ST in my wallet.

When the new one arrived it was identical to the 'covid' one. I put them side by side and assumed (nearly 70 remember!!) that the seat number I didn't recognise was my new ST, ... it wasn't!!

Anyway, all sorted now. Covid ST binned, new ST with my normal seat walleted!

Thanks to the Ladies in the Ticket Office.

Just one point she stated: on the back of the new ST there is a white band at the top with your details with a green band under. The old ST has a green band on top with white under.

In case there are any older people of nearly 70 who are easily confoosed!!

I have cobi go back into you season ticket account and it should have been reinstated then re apply this time it should allow you to complete the finance application. It also gives an instant decision
Hope this helps

That’s a very complicated story, Jethro.
Pleased to know that you’ll be sitting with your mate, Denzil.

Am a little concerned about season tickets. Not received yet but bought on the first day of sale. Yet I here others have received theirs. Should I be concerned?
