They are being sent on a block by block basis.

The seating plan to enable you to choose a seat is a nightmare.
Although it shows you the block ,the row numbers are not shown and if you click on an available seat nothing happens? :furious:

Working for me Old’y I clicked on a block numbers then on some blue available seats and a pop up opens with block, seat, row numbers and price structure.
Maybe try again in case there was a glitch.

I would imagine that there a number of people waiting for payday to be able to renew (I know I am!).

After a change in life/career plans it looks like my daughter will be staying in Plymouth a bit longer and able to accompany me to games again next season. But, she has rolled over from under-23 to adult. On her account it (correctly) shows an adult ticket waiting to be renewed but only a £45 discount (based on her last season’s under-23rd ticket) rather than £80 (based on next season’s adult one). Is that right? Has anyone else had this issue with a change in concessionary status?

It’s not a huge deal. I guess it depends on whether this is more like a rebate on last year’s membership rather than a discount on next year’s.

(Obviously I can ring or go up to the ticket office sometime this week but I’m lazy and PASOTI usually has the answers...!)
