I know no. 12, but I had to cheat a bit by looking up the main
hint in the picture, so I'll wait to see if anyone else gets it.

Yes, there is a massive clue in number 12.

Yes, a bit difficult to get perspective on No.12 as this was one of the few buildings there to survive the blitz so the neighbouring structures changed. It'll be somewhere around Methodist Central Hall area.

From an observation point of view, the intact car in the background of No. 10 appears to have the Reg. No. AJY770. This car is also in No. 16. Could this car belong to the photographer? Sorry, perhaps I should get a life.

I think you are right. The picture is either Frankfort Street or Willow Street, hard to see which the rubble came from.

Bedford Vaults was in Bedford Street so assume this is the junction with Old Town Street.

Have done a bit of digging and Bedford Wine & Spirits Vaults' address was 36 Old Town Street, towards the northern end of Old Town Street so I think a little way from Bedford Street. I reckon it was just a little bit in front and above where the Methodist Central Hall is now. This photo looks south-west - I'm curious what the building is in the distance.
