I remain postive as I have been all season

Exciting Times at Home Park on & off the field

Good Times Are Back

COYGs

How many times have you been this year then?
I welcome the casuals, they do indeed have other priorities, but you bang on and on, are constantly nauseatingly sugar coated ......yet don't even attend matches. THAT'S what gets my goat not the casuals who make no secret of the fact that Argo is not the most important thing in their life!
Far be it for me to come to the defence of Captain Viagra Frank but 'casuals' come in two camps...

Those who would come more regularly but can't and those who could come more regularly but don't.

Paul comes into the first category, as do I for similar reasons. But despite irritating me more than sand in my pants I have to concede that I have far more time for people who do all that they can within their circumstances than those who do next to nothing with no discernable good reason (geography, shift work, finances etc.).

I wish he'd post differently but Mr Thumbs is no better or worse Argyle fan than you or I because he does everything he can to be there. He has every right therefore to express an opinion and you'd do better to focus your ire on the massive apathetic latent support on Argyle's doorstep.

Ga84 doesn’t go to Saturday games as he has to work. Fair enough. I would make every effort to go to Tuesday games. So the reason he wasn't at Wimbledon game was. ...?
None of yer goddam business...?

Indeed. He doesn't haven to answer. You made a statement he goes whenever he can. I suspect he only goes to the bigger games but that doesn't suit your argument does it because you are always right.

Sorry couldn't make it!

No need to be sorry. It's not obligatory. Just some get fed up with your posts and constant harping back to 'eating humble pie' when you rarely go and use work as an excuse.Enjoy rest of season. We are all Argyle at end of day.

Having to work is not an excuse, it’s a reason. There’s a huge difference. He also lives in North devon which is not an easy commute for a Tuesday evening game.

Unless you go to every game home and away you have no right to criticise anyone’s attendance or opinions on games.

Deary me. Ì made that statement because that is what Paul has consistently said are his circumstances. I have no reason to doubt him and furthermore neither feel the need to "suspect" posters nor the inclination to question their allegiance.

I have no idea if I am 'right' or not, it doesn't matter. As much as it's none of your business to probe which games he attends, neither is it mine. I take people as I find them and, for all his faults, I think his, shall we say 'enthusiasm', does not exactly scream out to me as someone who is jumping on a bandwagon

Let's not forget that I am sticking up for a fellow green who truly, truly annoys me at times... just as, don't forget, I stuck up for you, and your right to your opinions a year or so back when you were getting spades. If that consistency and even handedness makes me 'right' then i'll take that. Thank you.

PS - stop justifying yourself Paul. You don't need to, no-one does.

Unfortunately circumstances don't allow. But I don't pick and choose according to the opposition. What about you?

Wrong. Even if you DO go to every game, home and away, you STILL don't have the right to criticise anyone's attendance or opinion.

I will always criticise 'bandwagon' jumpers. I don't think Paul is the worst by any means but he does pick and choose according to the opposition.
