Band wagon jumpers

Personally don't think there is many band wagon jumpers, we've been consistently supported well this season, the club are doing wonders behind the scenes with getting djm teams involved with tickets.
It obviously helps that we are playing a great attacking breed of football at the moment but massive credit to all, we are being well supported through the turnstiles, we are in a great place right now........enjoy the ride!!

As soon as anyone puts on an Argyle shirt, an Argyle scarf around their neck (or wrist :scarf: ), their feet on an Argyle away terrace, their backside on an Argyle seat, or just feel good when Argyle score or win; they are a member of the Green Army as far as I am concerned, no matter who they are and how many games they’ve previously been to, whether it’s in amongst 1,500 at Home Park in the freezing fog on a Tuesday night to watch a relegation side or in amongst the Green Army in full force at Anfield to watch Jervis shoot wide when 1-on-1 with the keeper to win it. Being a Plymouth Argyle supporter is a state of mind and all are welcome!

As an example, I’ve now watched Argyle on 82 of the current 92 grounds with Fleetwood coming next to make it 83. If I can’t get a ticket for Fleetwood then i’ll be annoyed, but not annoyed with the people who got tickets ahead of me, but annoyed with myself for not being organised enough to get myself higher up the queue for tickets.

Grown men in replica shirts is very, very wrong

So is supporting Liverpool, but we let it slide.

All so called supporters who haven't watched every single minute of every game, home and away, since 1886 should be placed on a banned wagon!! :furious:

Drag the banned wagon onto the pitch at halftime, slap on the Crazy World of Gordon Arthur Brown and let's have a bonfire party!! :twisted:

and that's all I gotta say about that.

How many times have you been this year then?
I welcome the casuals, they do indeed have other priorities, but you bang on and on, are constantly nauseatingly sugar coated ......yet don't even attend matches. THAT'S what gets my goat not the casuals who make no secret of the fact that Argo is not the most important thing in their life!

Far be it for me to come to the defence of Captain Viagra Frank but 'casuals' come in two camps...

Those who would come more regularly but can't and those who could come more regularly but don't.

Paul comes into the first category, as do I for similar reasons. But despite irritating me more than sand in my pants I have to concede that I have far more time for people who do all that they can within their circumstances than those who do next to nothing with no discernable good reason (geography, shift work, finances etc.).

I wish he'd post differently but Mr Thumbs is no better or worse Argyle fan than you or I because he does everything he can to be there. He has every right therefore to express an opinion and you'd do better to focus your ire on the massive apathetic latent support on Argyle's doorstep.

Ga84 doesn’t go to Saturday games as he has to work. Fair enough. I would make every effort to go to Tuesday games. So the reason he wasn't at Wimbledon game was. ...?
