Does anyone know how to complain officially about the quality of the iFollow coverage? Today's match coverage was simply not a professional offering.
It was amateurish and clueless from start to finish, especially the playing of incessant replays for no good reason and therefore missing build-up play, the constant focus on showing the Pompey manager chewing gum while there was play going on, not to mention loss of commentary in the first half for fifteen minutes, and ending with the displaying of the latest scores after the match saying the score stood at 0-0.

todays feed was from portsmouth own live coverage , in house media, the same as argyle do now, nothing to do with ifollow on what camera angles are showing,or who they looking at,for 10 quid it was fine,

glad we don't have the pompey camera men all the time as i think they took a liking to the pompey manager when the game was in play

Ifollow isn't fit for purpose, it's like watching a dodgy live feed from 10 years ago, unfortunately because of our fanaticism the EFL have supporters over a barrel, just like most things to do with fans and football.

We'll just have to get through this season tolerating iFollow until we are back in stadiums.

That's the question, any answers?
Today's coverage v Pompey was a very unprofessional offering.
Incessant replays of minor incidents at inappropriate times leading to missing chunks of live build-up play, constant showing of Pompey manager chewing gum whilst play was going on, 15 mins loss of commentary in first half, latest score after match finished given as 0-0....

Agree, except I could live without the silly commentary, especially talking as though the game was all over with 13 or so minutes left to play. The coverage itself was shocking as you point out.

Anyone know the answer?

What was there to complain about today? Pictures were perfect but the audio was a bit suspect however that was easily rectified in options.

Definitely much better today without so called expert analysis stating the blxxding obvious. The commentator very accurate in identifying players and didn't waffle. Too many replays though.

He called the away win far too early though

I’m not a fan of McCarthy’s punditry skills, but he has to state the blxxding obvious for the benefit of the radio listeners.
