Yes, several things:
He would prefer to manage a club with the name "City" after it. He prefers the colour of the socks they wear. He likes suspension bridges.

Personally I don’t think they will be interested in Lowe. The owner probably wants a manager who will give them that extra bounce next season and take them up. That said, if they were interested in him, it would probably be a no-brainer for him. Bigger club, real potential for the top flight and two hours closer to home. Another period of uncertainty for Argyle fans.

As much as you clearly dislike RL , ( for the simple reason he is not DA ) my guess is you would happily endure several hours in his company to drive him to any Town or City North of Plymouth to take another job .

It would be a huge risk for Bristol City to look at Ryan Lowe as previously mentioned. He’s completely untried at any where near that level. If they did make an approach he’d be off in a second I’d guess. It’s a great opportunity compared to Bolton.

They will be looking at managers that have got teams out of the championship and in to the premier league. Or have premier league experience. Chris Hughton would be a good shout.

He wouldn’t go to Tranmere for the same reason he wasn’t interested in Bolton. Backward step no matter how close to his home. Ryan Lowe is looking to manage in the Championship, not keep going down to L2.
