Those that are thinking there will be big changes from Saturday may be disappointed. There has been little time for training to change things too much.

Same team probably.

Now is not the time to be blooding kids FFS.

I can't believe some of the suggestions people are making in desperation

You're a bloody joke mate, are you actually an argyle supporter??

I don’t see anything wrong in what he’s posted, hard fought 1-1 tonight.

So you think putting two players in the team who have next to nothing experience apart from some SWL games in our most season defining game would be a good thing?? Seriously??

I always respect other people’s opinions but cannot for the life of me even contemplate where that opinion came from...

The idea was to put Battle on the bench as a wild card. Very few people here know the standard of the SWPL or the size of some of the players involved and Battle has scored 18 goals this season.
Shouldn't be just dismissed as some little kid with no experience. Sangster has been constantly on the bench and he has less experience, is younger and plays in a position where we now have experience available.
I say put Battle on the bench, let's see if he sinks or swims.

Battle won't be going, he played in the central league today.

Brian...to be fair I didn't describe as a little kid, inexperienced yes, but not a little kid. That would be rather derogatory and insulting to him and nothing would be further from my mind. I don't know the lad and even if I did I wouldn't refer to him as that..

Just hope the weather don’t get in the way again. Hammering down here in North Yorkshire. I know it’s a fair way off Rochdale but so was Scunthorpe when I set off for there no so long ago..

Play a centre back as a striker ?

Vyner has pace and skill, Bradley has height and physical presence, Songo'o has some of that too.

Better to lump it up to one of those guys rather than Grant ?

They are all professional footballers. Apart from goalkeeping, each member of the squad can probably all play in any position on the pitch if absolutely necessary.

Disagree, each one has spent years honing their skills for their specialist position. You can't honestly expect any of the defenders to have the close control and ability to bring the ball down that Taylor has. When Taylor heads the ball, he heads intelligently towards another player, he also drags the defenders out of position leaving space for Lameires or Carey to exploit. He is such an intelligent player.

Sticking Bradley, Vyner or Yann up front would be like having Blissett back. A big centre forward who does bugger all....

I suspect that, if Taylor is out, Songo’o will be included in his midfield defensive support role and we will aim to snatch a win by our 2016/7 formation rather than our recent more attacking style.

Needs must.

I think two of our elder players will be rested for this one and move to the bench - Taylor-Sinclair will start in place of Sawyer and Songo'o in for Fox.

An ugly 1-0 win.
