Was mentioned on Sky sports news today, but now Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty, just said it’s likely socially disruptive measures will last till end of year. So that could include mass gatherings including football matches played in front of fans.

We won't see any football crowds in Europe in 2020 in my opinion. Not a chance after what Chris Whitty has said.
